    "Unreasonable" means blocking people who prove a post of his incorrect. I correctly called Hap as a disaster as a mod, and I feel BNM has the potential to be just as bad.

    The ignore functionality is there for a reason: to allow posters to ignore other posters.

    They can ignore other posters because they are bad spellers, or because they're racist, or because they're unreasonable, or just because they don't like the user's name. They can ignore other posters for any reason.

    Just because he (like some other people) have decided to place you on ignore you does not make him ineligible for moderator status. Sorry if you disagree.

    I never said it should make him ineligible, did I? I said I think he lacks the temperament to be a mod if he can't even read a poster who follows the TOS. You saying that I think he should be ineligible is an outright fabrication, Ed. I see a lot of Hap in BNM, and I've seen him become unhinged on posters other than me for merely disagreeing with him.

    Also, may I ask why another moderator is needed at this point? All in all, the board is well moderated, and the posters are largely civil with each other. :dunno:
