Using an example of 2 teams, from 2 years ago, and another example where 3 of our top 5 (or 4) players were injured, as "proof" is ridiculous.

As was expected, by almost everybody, considering we were missing our two best players, our starting SF at about 30%, and our starting C on one leg.

There you go assuming again. The same thing you were complaining about when they assumed we would beat the Suns, if healthy.

Perhaps you weren't aware that we had no other offensive options due to injury. Roy was out. Oden was out. Batum was basically out. The Suns only had to guard 2 players (LMA and Miller). It shouldn't be a surprise that we struggled to get good shots.

All you're saying is that our team could be improved.

You started by saying there is NO WAY we beat the Suns, even if healthy. But, we were looking like a very good, to elite team before Greg and Joel went down. And that was without our starting SF, and benching our best PG.

So that explains Aldridge taking 65% of his shots from outside 10ft? Or explains why he often PASSED up shot attempts when the team needed a score from him the most? Give me a break, see this exactly what I mean, making excuses....

The problem is this team even WITH Roy struggles to get good shots far too often, and that is a major problem that you just seem to want to sweep under the table....

Probably nothing to this but one reason to be hopeful is the big mess that is going to happen in 2011. PA is willing to throw common sense out the window when it comes to good business decisions.

I think PA really doesn't care about losing money if he is convinced he will win a championship. So while many teams are reluctant to offer big money to players not named Lebron or Bosh or trying to dump big long term contracts in anticpation of next summers renegotiations, PA is looking to buy a championship. Could make for an interesting summer.
