What a stupid rule. The line between penalty and non-penalty is no subjective thats its sick. In various games Sunday, I saw at least 4 examples of no-calls. Maybe its just a penalty if RW decides to do it. If you have the time, you can see a video example. This video link supposedly is not illegal, so you can see why it is a bad rule.
