Fact: Dwight Smith is 50x better than Tebucky Jones, and was 20% of the Bucs defense the last 3 years. Tebucky Jones was about 2% of the worst defense in the league. A plus on Defense. Fact: Mike McKenzie played in only 10 games last season and had 5 int's. With that said, he has a new contract and he's been the talk of the Saints training camp. Not only that Fakhir Brown will surprise alot of people this year. A plus on Defense. Fact: Charles Grant, Darren Howard and Will Smith is the best DE combo in the League. Jonathan Sullivan is finally healthy and playing up to his potential. Uh oh, the Saints have a DT with potential. Possibly best D line in the NFC??? Maybe... A plus on Defense. Fact: Haslett knows if he doesn't do well this year he's gone, along with Brooks. If you know anything about Haslett as a player, he was an overachiever and always played everydown 110%. So what makes you think he'll just give up this year?? Fact: The Front Office finally has done what they needed to do to get everyone in camp and ready for the season. Every player on the Saints roster is happy and ready to play. Tom Benson has finally quit being stingy and allowed the FO to due what needed to be done. The Saints on paper are just as good, if not better, as the Falcons and Panthers. Trust me McKenzie is no stud corner. He can't match up with stud recievers. He is nice and gets his INT's but he gets burnt a lot. Ask any Packer fan. Howard is your big solid player but your LB's and interior line aren't gonna be that good. Sorry thats what I believe. Learn to accept it. As for Brooks he is no Stud. He is an inconsistent QB that needs to step up otherwise he won't be starting on the Saints next season. Also I got good compliments about the predicitons to 1 bad one. So others must not think the Saints are gonna be a lock for the playoffs.
Porkys predictions are probly going to be 90% right because there is always a huge suprise team and one team has huge injuries that will change the some of the records.

Bleed, in my opinion Haslett has no authority on that team. The saints are probably one of the most inconsistent teams in teh league. They win three lose a couple and always find themselves 8-8 or 9-7. what makes this year SO MYUCH DIFFERENT. Stallworth is potential and nothing else. Horn is the man and Brooks is ALRIGHT> He's not top ten as some say. He makes BONEHEADED plays that cost his teams wins. They play in a tough division I will give you that but your Defense isnt looking amazing. McKenzie is sub par thats why teh Pack wouldnt pay all that money for him. Grant is a good Defensive player, who else is there thats going to shock me. Howard, he is good but your DT are nothing special and year after year your LB corps fails you. From a non fan it doest look good. I think theyll go arouind 7-9 and haslett will be out teh door.

The schedule could give them trouble as well. I see only 1 or 2 wins in the divsion alone so that isn't gonna help.
The saints are definatley better than the bucs from what iv'e seen so far, Brooks will do better this year but after next year is proabably on his way out with the drafting of Adrian McPherson. The saints should be no worse than 7-9 and no better than 9-7 they should contend for a wild card but no division title for them.
I like the Bucs as well. Griese threw 20 TD's in 11 starts. As long as there o line holds up they should finish a head of the Saints but the Panthers and Falcons are the two best in that divsion.
The o-line is the only really really bad thing about the Bucs, its just plain horrible, but that defense is great, and the offense keeps improving

yeah alright, but I'll possibly only be able to surrender my sig until we play the Jets to honor a bet with Jets1083 if we should lose to the jets - which I doubt will happen. If the Bills win, you can put a picture of Losman on a TD pass, or a McGahee stiff arm on one of your best players.
