Onside kick helped the Cardinals score a TD. Warner also gave the game away (almost we'll have to see), with two interceptions inside the redzone.
Apparently neither team is overly interested in playing defense in that game. Aaron Rodgers has looked human again today. He's been solid, but he's also made some bad passes. Greg Jennings is the man though. He and Rodgers have such great chemistry already, even though this is their first year of really playing together.
Yeah, I saw one of those INTs. I was more commenting on the high scoring quarters.... and the fact that only one team scores in a quarter.
Aaahhh...ok. I figured that's what you were talking about, but I also thought it was kinda pitiful that no one really feels like playing defense in that game at the moment (as noted by the mass amount of scoring). The Bungles have cut it to 17-12 at the moment too....at least that's what Yahoo is telling me. It also says they still have the ball in the redzone, so I'm not sure what's going on there....ok...they went for two and failed. So still 17-12. It's really pathetic that they're in the game with Ryan Fitzpatrick playing QB for them. Garrard just scored to put the Jags up 26-24, likely to be 27-24 after the PAT. We'll get to see if Schaub can continue his damn good game and get the comeback win.
Boldin TD! 41-27... Extra point is good. 41-28, 15 yard penalty against the Jets on the kickoff though.
So the Cards game isn't remotely over yet from the looks of it. 10 minutes left and they're only down 13. Too bad their defense hasn't done jack all game to get stops. Houston is driving. Down to the 32 after a 21 yard pass to Johnson. Can they pull it out? Only about 30 seconds left in that game.
And looks like we'll be seeing OT in the Houston game. Brown just made a 47yd FG and there's a whopping one second left on the clock.
Holy crap, what got in to Kurt Warner after halftime? He's all the sudden 335yds passing after being mostly ineffective in the first half.
I'm more excited than anything. With Jason Taylor out, I'm a lot less worried about this game. I think we've just got way too many weapons for the 'Skins to handle.
Favre throws another TD, that's the official nail in the coffin. The Jags look like they will definitely win their game too, whatever.
TD pass #5 for Favre. NOW I'd say that game is officially over. What a freaking game for Favre though. I have a feeling Mangini is going to be giving him a little more freedom after this game. Just a hunch...
So unless Cinci gets a miracle, it looks like Cleveland is going to win. I think that's going to save Derek Anderson's starting job for at least another week.
Wow, does anyone want to play defense in the Cards game? This game SHOULD be over by now, but the Cards just won't go away. 5 minutes left and down 14...sounds pretty unlikely, but with the way things are gonig in this game, who knows. And Aaron Rodgers just threw his 3rd pick of the game.
