Yep, I remember those short lived rumors. from what I can recall, that I once read in a "PoP" magazine, and other sources, the "No Shoes" was supposed to represent "dead men usually do not wear shoes in their coffins", the out of step, was to signify, Paul was just that, no longer a Beatle, IF alive. The last 2, I had never heard of, quit interesting, however- not to mention the reverse playing of Revolution #9, which clearly said "turn me on dead man." Here's the link to this conspiracy theory, which was cut short by a live interview, noted in the URL below: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Paul_is_dead "Paul is dead" is an urban legend and conspiracy theory suggesting that Paul McCartney of the English rock band the Beatles died in 1966 and was secretly replaced by a look-alike. In September 1969, American college students published articles claiming that clues to McCartney's supposed death could be found among the lyrics and artwork of the Beatles' recordings. Clue-hunting proved infectious and within a few weeks had become an international phenomenon. Rumours declined after a contemporary interview with McCartney was published in Life magazine in November 1969.
Tote, so no homage to John's home or Liverpool in general? I imagine a run down high unemployment sea port and grungy Closed Factories, abound. Now the bowels of London's bowels and burbs. Where have you set your Dinner Reservations at/too??? I'd want to eat my way thru London, Fish and Chips, Crabcakes, with Newcastle to wash it down. Plenty of Bistro's, Gastro Pubs, with a pursuit of- (a real old era Guiness Pub with Irish Overtones), ....the list of fine eating establishments is endless. Tho' IMO, the Brits favor alot of Sushi, and art deco Chinese restaurants, where you get a morsel, dressed on the plate like a freaking painting, for a 42 pounds appetizer, a 150 pound dinner for two, entrees only, and desert, stick with Toblerone's...... Give me a Pot of Pie: at the 3:00 mark-
I honestly do NOT think I could take a trip to London, without looking up Gilmour's Astoria Floating Studio......ah dream on, (note to self)- PS: this is NOT Astoria........ but this IS:
