    I mean, it depends on what "not a difference maker" means, but I'd guess it'd have to be Kawhi or AD with your definition of "difference maker" being that he should play more than half the season.

    no worries...I would imagine anybody who may have a little inside info needs to be real circumspect about posting it. Don't want to betray confidences and Portland is a small fishbowl go what's posted here could easily find it's way back to sources

    I've always wondered how true is the 'saying' about the NBA that when you hear a rumor, it's always when it's already dead

    I asked a GM about that one time. His response was "most of the time that's how it works".

    Small sample size, grain of salt, etc. but part of the game is flooding the news cycle with true stuff that's dead and fake stuff that was never alive to keep everyone off balance...
