Unfortunately, I wasn't actually joking in the post you quoted. I really don't see Leonard having any value, considering both his lack of production and his salary for the next three and a half years, but I hope you and others who think other teams will want him are right and that Olshey proves me wrong.
I'm sure they'd be happy to get him for nothing, but not for an athletic freak like Noah, the type of player who is much harder to find (particularly in the coming draft).
I never said Henderson was on the scrap heap. Please read what I said and stop trying to put words into my mouth to make your argument. Here's exactly what I wrote: "Gerald Henderson is irrelevant. PHI is not in win now mode. Henderson is 29 and won't be around when PHI's core are in their primes." Your JR Smith comparison is just plain fucking stupid. CLE was in win now mode and had this guy named LeBron. Comparing Henderson in PHI to Smith is CLE is just absolutely asinine and you know it (at least I hope you do). It's not about who is more valuable to PHI today, it's about who is more valuable to them three, or four, or more years from now. BNM
I kind of like BNM's trade idea with Crabbe and Leonard going out. And I think it is possible Philadelphia would like it. BNM has convinced me of Noel's worth, will Olshey be convinced?
Somebody send him a link to this thread, and all the other pro-Noel posts I've made over the past 4+ months. BNM
