    well, he's a 19M trade credit right now that will only count for 3.9M next season. A team wanting to cut salary next season might trade a player for Bledsoe.

    But Portland is one of the teams that wants to cut salary next season to make room for re-signing Simons and possibly Nurkic

    Let me confirm if this is correct:

    The Blazers traded 2 first round picks for RoCo, traded Gary Trent for Norman Powell.

    Then flipped RoCo and Powell for a second rounder?

    Seems like there were a few fans who wanted to dump Norm for nothing just to get rid of his contract and poor D. And the consensus was we would not be resigning RoCo. So as worthless as this trade appears, it is hardly the worst trade ever. Not even in the top 20
