First, I hope this is real. BUT, this is how NK has behaved in the past.

NK has been given large amounts of food in the past agreements. The free food was given to the 5% of the population that controls their country. Then the military personnel were feed. NONE of the food was given to the poor starving people living in the country, many still starved to death. Any food that was left over from feeding the privileged was sold on the black market, and the money was kept by corrupt officials.

NK has the largest submarine fleet in the world. They have more submarines than the USA. This fact bothers me as much as their nuclear program. But few people appear to be aware of it, let alone make it an issue in the negotiations. NK could easily sell some of their submarines in exchange for food.

I do not trust NK to keep any of their promises. NK is the most corrupt country in the world.

Kim just got ICBM capabilities. There is no way he is giving up his weapons. Let's be real. It's a ploy.

Incorrect. What they have are diesel-powered scrap metal from the wars of my youth, mostly bought from countries who upgraded decades ago.
