More to the point, would you rather have Blake than Camby? Without that deal, the Blazers might have started their summer vacation already.

Without Camby or Roy and with Blake, we got our my most dominating victory over the Suns this season. We jumped out to a 17 point lead and never looked back. Also- Roy, back then, said that he believed we could beat any team in a seven game series if we made no trades. In my opinion, if we don't win this series against the Suns, the Camby trade was a waste. Considering that we have Howard (who was very serviceable as a center) and Oden will be coming back next season, we won't need Camby who may sign somewhere else anyway and then we will have lost some of our depth in Blake and Outlaw along the way. You can't deny that it'd be nice to have Steve Blake backHe's the best backup PG in the league and that is currently one of our weaknesses. Plus, he's a serviceable shooting guard in place of Roy.
