I've tried milk once with Whey. Water ever since.

I think it's better with milk, but I usually use water.

thinking of getting a foot massager at home. dunno, might just be junky after a while when I don't use.

 

Two scoops of whey protein(without milk)is around 50 grams of protein. YOu're body can't take in more than 50grams at a time. I've also heard that 30-40 grams is a limit. BAM!

Not a huge fan of milk anyways. Just use half&half in my coffee in the AM.

 

Don't stop mixing it with milk if you like it, though. No downside.
