You mean Dolly Parton - "Jolene," right? Or did Ray Lamontagne do a different song under the same name? If it's the Parton version, I would have killed to hear that... one of my favorite songs and one of my favorite current country groups.

When I saw them, they didn't really play much cover material. They played "The Night They Drove Old Dixie Down," by The Band, and then they played "Devil Went Down to Georgia." Outside of those songs, they played a decently long set without many covers. I mean, they've got so much material of their own, are you sure they weren't just doing those many covers for a special occasion?

Like I said, I'd love to hear them do Jolene, but I'd also be really interested to hear them do the darker stuff like "Enter Sandman," "All Apologies," and "Kashmir." That's pretty counterintuitive to the Zac Brown sound.

Again, I'm not sure if we're talking about the same "Jolene," but Jack White had a pretty badass studio cover of it several years ago -

BTW - I can't stand Vietnamese food. I like Asian food in general, but Vietnamese food really sucks. New Orleans actually has a strong, old-school base of Vietnamese living on the West Bank, and I used to go there all the time for "authentic" Vietnamese food with friends that would goat me out there. Not a fan... I dig Chinese, Korean, and Japanese though.

If ya'll like Vietnamese though and are ever in New Orleans, from what everyone I've ever known who likes that shit tells me, NOLA has the best Vietnamese food. It seems like it doesn't make any sense... you go to NOLA for boozing and seafood, but over on the Westbank (right across the city bridge), there's a large Vietnamese population that's old as dirt and apparently provides the best Vietnamese food my friends have ever had... I just don't like that shit...

If you think you're addicted to it I'd be willing to hold an intervention.

Not the last time I was there ... 10 years ago? It was $6 for an orange juice. My buddies and I left immediately.

Dated a girl in high school who was the feature dancer their for years before she moved to Florida. Was on the cover of that strip club magazine a couple times.

Super nice and intellectual chick. Doesn't meet your typical stripper stereo type. Great milk-fullies and wild in the sack.
