Going to NYC next month. Any advice on what the fuck to do. I'm probably just going to walk around. Maybe check out the Guggenheim and the Natural History Museum. Probably eat at different spots, mostly lower end stuff. Might go to Peter Lugers, we'll see.

I took a caffeine chewable tablet for pre-workout and it was tame compared to some if the stuff I've used in the past.

I missed the "lasts 5 hours" part -- I'm on three hours of sleep. It wouldn't allow me to shutdown. Sucked!

 

NO Xplode is pretty crazy for preworkout. Whats the best one you've used?

 

Ahhh good old NOxplode. I can't believe its still around. I believe it was the original. I prefer white flood. Doesn't have any creatine in it though if thats what you're looking for.

Starting taking creatine again. Shit is insane how much it improves your lifts when starting back up

 

Already gained 15 pounds and am Repping 40 more pounds on bench from the creatine.
