Our bench is essentially Rudy, Armon and Dante. Yikes... maybe we could throw in Babbitt early in the game for some minutes? But we need some scoring off the bench.

A new career high every night. Wesley's gonna break his assist CH next game.

Well hopefully Roy can provide some pop coming off the bench when he returns ... and yes, I'm dead serious.

    Hello darkness, my old friend
It's interesting that Matthews has been able to ramp up his usage of the ball so much since Roy went out with such successful results. It may well be two flukes in a row, but it would be nice to get some good luck for a change and discover that Matthews was actually more talented than anyone thought, he just needed the touches.

Hopefully for just another game. Roy and Priz would help. I thought our D looked great tonight. The best we have ever done against Melo. Get used to ugly games. We need to win with D.

I thought Carmelo blatantly quit on the game. He looked like he was trying to foul out.

Utah next. They will be on a b2b.

Melo is mailing it in until they trade him.

Assuming his shooting percentages in Utah and the last two games are representative, he sort of reminds me what Webster sometimes was at his best ... but with way more energy and the ability to actually put the ball on the floor and drive.

Super sub? Interesting.. I wonder what'll happen if Wes continues to play well and we continue to win.

We didn't know he was talented? I thought we debated this all summer? In any event I hope he can go back to the bench and still play well. For most players it takes a while to warm up.

I wouldn't move Roy back into the starting lineup at this point. Some of us have been saying for a while now that Roy has been holding this team back, and if we continue to play well, it will only further prove that we were right. This team has moved past the Brandon Roy iso, but Roy has been unwilling to evolve with the team.

Awesome win that we really needed, but 3 of our starters played over 40 mins. Nic played 39, and Camby, 36.

    This isn't very sustainable.

Joel will be a big help, but he doesn't score either. I don't know how many games we can with seven bench points. But I agree, if we're going to win, we'll have to do it ugly with the score in the 80's like tonight.

Ideally that would be perfect. He needs to be near 100 % to start. But it ain't going to happen.

I agree we need to move past the Roy ISO and be more team-oriented. But the thought of him becoming a sixth man making max money would just be unusual, and I'm not sure Nate would do that.

When Roy was healthy using him in the ISO was ideal down the stretch. Did we look good the last two games down the stretch without him? Hell No. Ideally if he was healthy he would allow Miller to run the team for 3 1/2 quarters while playing off the ball. then take over. But it is a moot point because he is not healthy. He does have to adjust his game. And he is a good enough of a shooter to do it. It not like the other players we have are any more athletic than he is even when he is hurt. Its just a mind set.

I'd rather Roy be a 6th man making max money and us winning...

Great win but man it was sort of a boring game. It was a perfect example of McMillan-ball.
