The locals know their fireworks. This was crazy and at like 4am, hours after fireworks had ended. I don't wake up for anything, but our house shook and the sound was far more and longer than a mortar. Could very well have been fireworks, but none of the locals would believe that.
Midnight explosions in the ocean also could be fish poaching....they do that in asia ..fish with bundles of dynamite and scoop the shocked fish off the surface....saw that in the Philipines once My guess would be the Navy blowing something up..
I don't think it's a good idea, but okay, I guess it wouldn't hurt to try. I mean, what's the worst that could happen?

That would be an adrenaline rush for a few minutes. Unfortunately, all my daily products would be obliterated too. I think we should stay out of another Countries' tactics and only support their military logistics.
The logical process for our Country is to complain and send Pelosi over there again. It's more cost effective as it pisses off the Chinese.
