I'm going to have to agree with @dviss1 on this one. You had a good point to make, but refused to accept anyone else's opinion or rebuttal. That does not make a good conversation sir. I don't care if you've been around for 10 years or 10 minutes. Talk like a conscientious human being or you might get called out.
LOL cmon. Dame hasn't been all star for two straight years. CJ has never been one, close, but no. Nurk hasn't sniffed the game. They're a nice core, and could get there some day, but slow your roll
get outa here. When building a championship all there is is it might be possible. There IS no sure thing.....
I absolutely love our core of Dame, CJ, and Nurk. They complement each other beautifully. I think Vonleh has the raw talent, but the jury is still out on him.
Black slang alert! If you're going to use it use it in context people. I've seen this idiom that we invented bantered around here and it's been used wrong. You slow your ROLE not your roll. You're not reducing the speed of a dinner roll.
Isnt it a matter of interpretation? I have always thought, like many others I know, that the person is rolling along too fast with his thoughts and it is indeed, slow down your roll. You are moving too fast and missing things... Why would it be slow your role, as in slow your place in the conversation? That doesn't really even make sense.
That was funny. Not that I care, but am Curious. How do you know this is a black slang invention thing? Is it really traceble? Like "on this day of April 4th, 1988 at 4:32 pm, Anthony Smith told his neighbor to slow his role and thus it became known." I'm sticking with roll. I think it makes more sense and I like telling people to slow the fuck down. We all go too fast.
