I don't mean to be a negative Nancy but... I remember posts exactly like this when Oden kept getting injured. People kept saying that none of the injuries were correlated and there's no such thing as injury-prone. Obviously I've been mentally scarred.
Slight difference between taking an elbow to the head and having microfracture surgery before even playing a game.
Understood. I am optimistic he's going to be just fine. Banging inside and being particularly good means you're going to take a beating.
i was just going to post the same thing. i could have sworn ive seen some black ones. maybe black players can wear black and white players have to wear clear. i dunno. lol.
http://www.espn.com/nba/truehoop/mi...iami-heat-wear-clear-mask-protect-broken-nose Every time a player has worn a black mask (the article mentions all three examples you posted), the NBA has instructed them to switch to a clear one. Lebron's was the best one yet, and could easily have become a fashion trend if he had been permitted to use it, but I'd wager that since the NBA wouldn't have actually profited from its popularity, they were not interested in letting that happen.
