No way to tell from the data presented. Me, I'm not a big believer in vote fraud. I'm sure it does happen, but you'd have to have both luck and a major effort for it to matter. The number of voters is so large that having Mickey Mouse vote isn't going to change things. You have to destroy/change the ballots for entire precincts, in a state where the vote is very close. barfo

If they're registered in two states, they vote in both states. If they're registered under different names, they vote under those different names. If they're democrats and the voting is punched cards, the precinct captain uses the voting machine in the trunk of his car to vote for them and checks off their name as voted. As happened in Florida in 2000.

At least here in Vegas, I have to produce ID that matches the address on my registration.
