I just found it ironic that a gay man would criticize a group by calling them something meant as a pejorative which is also somehting he likely performs on a regular basis.

Ya know, Maxie, I have to scratch my head and wonder a bit. Now, you, probably one of the top two posters here for decency and calm headedness are taking another totally uncalled for and uncharacteristic cheap shot by calling me gay (which I'm not, but whatever). And the reason is so idiotic (the fact I shortened the name tea bag to baggers, which to me has no meaning at all) is such a giant leap out of character for you that I have to conclude there's something wrong in your life making you blow off some steam or something and simply aiming it at me without regard to personage. Clearly I meant no harm to you (or anyone else- and you know it) and your persistence to personal attacks against me is shocking to me. Well, in all sincerity and seriousness, whatever is behind this I hope things are well with you. I have the utmost respect for you and out of that respect am turning a blind eye to all this. You have earned the free pass. By the way, if the term 'bagger' has some negative connotation, I certainly do not know what that may be. I made the term up as I was typing the other day. BP

Tea Bagging is slang for stuffing your testicles in another person's mouth.

REALLY??? Honest to God, I did not know that. Hell, no wonder Maxie was touchy. Oh well, I don't keep up on technology or street slang.

I was mistaken. I thought you were aware that Tea Partiers were called Tea Baggers by those who disagree with our goals of limited government. And tea bagging is as Klinky described it, which is why when you used it again, I took it as a deliberate provocation. I apologize for my previous posts.

I'll also try and be more careful about what I say.

    Thanks

its not so much the "stuffing" of the balls into a persons mouth, but the dipping in and out, as you would a tea bag into a mug of scalding water.

and if we can call other teams names like someone would do to the "fakers" or "jailblazers" i think it is also fine to make fun of different political parties with funny names as well. could i say "when people say obummer, i take it as a personal insult" and make everyone stop?
