Article 2 Section three of the US Constitution (the executive Power) "he shall take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed"

The current immigration law of the US calls for deportation of aliens for a variety of offence and that they are not allowed to work.
That sir, is the Presidents responsibility as a duty.

He is failing to perform the duties of office as defined in the Constitution and as an oath of office. Note the word "Care" is capitalized to emphasis "take Care".

This guy is not the humanitarian in Chief, the Chief Executive job is much more demanding.
He acts like he was selected to run the Peace Corps and it seems that is what you want.

 

I should have been more clear..I was not referring to the minutia rather to the "Congress failed to act" vs congress choosing not to give obama what he demanded.

Seems like Oregon should be in this list if 120,000 illegals hold jobs in Oregon. Geez that nearly matches the unemployed count.

Wow! Look a California, must be around 8% of the total population is illegal.
Maybe there is a story there that explains Denny's utter disregard for the laws and enforcement.

You are blind. You can't disregard the Constitution when it suits you, and expect it to be the guide for the rule of law. You can't flood the labor market with aliens when you already have unacceptable unemployment. You shouldn't ignore the facts in front of you.

41%!?!? Geez that is way over representative of the general population. It's similar in Oregon, 8.2 percent of the prison population is Hispanic, which is about 3x their representation in the overall population of the state. The 8.2 percent Hispanic is the largest minority group in the system and climbing.
Hell, most of them in both state should have been deported before clogging up the system.
