Blazers give Chicago a 2nd round pick to remove protections on the 2024 pick. Then at the draft the Blazers trade the Bucks everything they can for Giannis: Simons Nurk Sharpe #5 pick #23 pick 2026 pick unprotected 2028 pick unprotected 2030 pick unprotected 2025 pick swap unprotected 2027 pick swap unprotected 2029 pick swap unprotected
At the end of this trade we won't have a gleague team because most of them would be with the NBA team. Lol
I think you have to do that if you can. Dame, Grant and Giannis would be really good. Put Matisse with them. Get someone good to play C with the TPMLE. Hope Nas can give you a lot off of the bench. Hope that Mays can be your backup PG. Get some good minutes from Trendon. It will never happen but yeah it would be great.
They've got nothing to give. If we end up trading Dame it will be for youth but mostly probably for picks. The Bucks don't have a first rounder that they can trade and they don't have any youth.
The Bucks are screwed - they're way up against the cap with a bunch of free agents. This was their last chance to run it back.
The purpose of the thread is to see what Blazers fans do or don't want to mortgage the future for Giannis. Yes people can comment on why it's a good or bad idea too. What's with the mods here demanding threads close or posters stop discussion? If you don't like the thread how about you stay the fuck out of it instead? Plenty of other threads you can post in.
This wasn't a post made by a mod. It was by a poster. If the mod wanted to close the thread it would be closed. The mods help this place run smooth. It's pretty shitty to attack them.
Pretty sure he was referring to CC's post quoted above, who is absolutely a mod, though I do think CC's comment was more tongue in cheek than actually being serious.
Yes, he's a mod. But he wasn't making that post in the capacity of a mod. It was a post in capacity of a fan. Point is, the mods are volunteering and keeping this place an enjoyable place to be and I've seen multiple posts targeting them. Thought I'd bring it up. I appreciate their efforts.
That was honestly the main reason why I stepped down as a mod. I wanted to be an asshole without being constantly called out for it.
Mehhh ... once you take on that title of moderator, every post you're making is in some way shape or form as a moderator, it comes with the title. I appreciate the work they do, but they also are held to a different standard.
