Probably true. But the colts dealt a first for trich lol. My point was I'd think the titans are balls deep in committing to those high draft pick o line guys at least as long as wiz is coach. Once a new coach gets in there he won't care when guys were picked
His play calling was pretty horrendous, but their problems run much deeper than the coach. The O line is awful.
I hope he does. I hate Jed York. Honestly, I don't even see how they can be called the San Francisco 49ers. They aren't in SF anymore.
FO set him up to fail. This. And this. And definitely this. Fuck that cocksucker York, and fuck his little tool bag Baalke.
Yeah. Jed York is a real piece of garbage. Welching on money you promised to rebuild youth soccer fields that you bulldozed for VIP parking. Real class there.
Huh...did they eventually bulldoze that soccer field? I admit, I didn't follow that closely. I knew the stadium was a disaster long before that point. And I was right. This.
Yeah. He promised the City he would replace the three fields they allowed him to mow down. Now, Jed York is saying the money isn't available. But he says they can build it on the property with his permission, provided he can allow VIP'S to drive all over it on game days. I'm a Jets fan for 21 years and at worst, Woody Johnson has been greedy and indecisive. York is a just a plain jerk.
Sigh. Yep, that's Jed alright. My father went to every single 9er game at Candlestick for almost 12 strait years; starting from Walsh's first two years and all the way through the late 80s/early 90s. But me, I don't have the luxury of having seen a Dynasty actually build and win. Now it appears I may be waiting a LONG time before that happens again. And I place the blame soley at Jed's crooked little feet.
In some way I'm glad Portland doesn't have an NFL team. This area could easily support one, but I'm glad we haven't been "taken up the alley" by a team demanding publicly funded stadium. Minneapolis, Miami and New York have been strung along by owners, it's really kind of pathetic.
We almost had the Raiders.... and I'm sure Al Davis would have stayed for a few years before leaving again. That would have sucked.
It would have been intesting to see Al Davis and the Allen mafia go at each other over the rights to the Portland "market." Every slimy Seattle team considers Portland a portion of their ticket base and television revenue. At least Davis would have put up a fight. If Seattle gets an NHL team, for example, there goes any chance of Portland EVER having one. It's another reason I despise that f-cking City.
