Kobe, Westbrook, and CP3 are only locks next year. Lillard has outplayed Parker and Curry head to head this season. He can beat them out for All Star spot next year when no doubt, his numbers will improve and soar past theirs.

Ya, but King, you know coaches take into account the teams record.

With the improvement of Batum and Lillard next year plus our free agent signings, we should have a much better record next year. I expect us to win 50 games next season just by internal improvement.

Definitely the most complete. Seem like the Pacers had a lot of offensive fouls called and that kind of changed the game. Im not sure if we can chalk that up to good D by the Blazers or just bad play by the Pacers.

I think the Miami win was the best game and this game was the best performance. And I'm not saying you didn't mean the performance thing. I just wanted to add the Miami win was pretty fucking epic in terms of being at the edge of my seat and coming out with a clutch win.

They squeaked that Miami win out, but frankly they didn't play all that well. I think the Pacers were a little off, but this was the Blazers most dominant win ... and it came against a good opponent.

I agree. Even the Indiana announcers said that they were impressed with how the blazers played defense. Also they commented on how Portland was picking apart the great Indiana defense. I also remember them saying something like "yeah Indiana isn't hitting their shots, but maybe it has more to do with portland's defense".

You always know your team is doing well when the other team's announcers have to say really good things to you. Made me smile!

Definitely. Teams are blitzing him out past the three point line. He's got to figure out how to get through that initial line, because after that there's a whole lot he can work with near the rim.

Some of that is just putting more give-and-go type of plays. But some of it has just got to be him breaking down the defense with his dribble.

I hated the Miami game. We played badly all game and it was painful until we hit a couple threes and won at the end. The best game of the year IMHO was the double overtime win against Cleveland. The Houston OT games were fun too.

You are correct, although I will admit that my first thought was that is very Rose-like. Either is just fine by me. I hope this is the start of more confidence in taking strong to the rack for Lillard. It would not only change his game for the better but the whole teams. Its one more dynamic that teams would have to plan for.
