    Man.... I think you guys are really underselling Vonleh. He's still a kid, and I see a lot of the tools that could make him a very solid starter.

    If we keep him, we are playing the super long game. He has high potential but we need NBA ready players not guys who MIGHT pan out in three years.

    I still like Vonleh's potential in about 2 or 3 years, but I don't have any illusions about his perceived value around the league. It's probably pretty low in other front offices. How much lower would it be if he was on the trade block again?

    They want to get rid of cap space, so they would probably consider it if they have a bad contract they want to get rid of.... and a quick look at their salaries says they don't :(

    Maybe Thabo+12&21 for Vonleh, CLE pick, rights to Diez, and Montero+Alexander's non guaranteed contracts?

    I wonder if that would cut enough salary in their eyes?

    That'd ultimately be ~5 mil and some change of cap savings.

    I thought it was figured each yr as a % of the cap.
    I think their goal would be to add VETS for their picks to entice Horford to stay
