    For the record, the exception doesn't expire until towards the end of July. It might be better to use it this summer.

    As a fan I don't care about the tax penalty and just want to acquire talent when the opportunity presents itself and Clarkson is no doubt talent that would raise this team's playoff seeding. That may be the problem though as I am thinking with my fan brain when I shouldn't be.

    I appreciate you taking the time to present this side to me.

    if a move is even made, moe harkless is gone and only to get rid of that contract. Most deals are done right before deadline so there is still time but I anticipate us doing nothing because that’s what Neil is best at. Hope I’m wrong though
