Blame Pritchard. Or don't. Looks like he got the best deal after all.

Definitely not Olsheys fault though. But yeah missed opportunity.

Few things are going right for the Magic this season.

The franchise, which hasn't made the playoffs since its 2011-12 campaign, has one of the league's worst records at 15-35 and has dropped four of its last five games as it prepares to take on the Wizards on Saturday night.

That means no one's job is safe. The Athletic's Michael Scotto reported the Magic could be shopping Aaron Gordon, their leading scorer and second-leading rebounder, on the trade market. The 22-year-old is in the midst of his finest season as a pro, averaging 18.4 points and 8.3 rebounds per game while shooting a career-high 34.6 percent from 3-point range.

    According to The Athletic:
The new regime of Jeff Weltman and John Hammond has left no stone unturned with the deadline approaching, including quietly gauging the trade market on Aaron Gordon, league sources told The Athletic.

Gordon is eligible for restricted free agency this summer, so Orlando could simply be doing due diligence."

The Magic selected the 6-9, 220-pound Arizona product with the fourth overall pick in the 2014 NBA Draft. A broken foot caused him to miss 32 games as a rookie in 2014-15. He played 78 games, starting 37, the next season and became a full-time starter in 2016-17.

He's missed the Magic's last two games, a 114-107 loss against the Rockets on Tuesday and a 127-105 victory against the Lakers on Wednesday, with a hip injury. He's currently listed as day-to-day.

What’s the point of Bradley? We already have an undersized guard that can defend. We need someone bigger.

If Pritchard would have taken what POR supposedly offered (all three 1st round picks, 1 starter other than Dame, C.J. and Nurk and one other player) for PG13, we would be seriously challenging HOU for the second best record in the West right now. And, I think because of superior defense and a more balanced roster, we'd beat HOU in a 7 game series.

PG13 is such a perfect fit in POR. Our defense is currently 7th in the league and would be so much better with George. We'd also have a top 10, possibly top 5 offense with Dame, PG13 and C.J. as our top 3 options.

We'd be so much better than OKC (assuming we didn't gut the roster to add Carmelo the way they did).

I honestly believe that roster would have at least gotten us to the WCF this year, and maybe further still in years to come.

We'd even allow him to shoot in the 4th quarters of games!

Let's not forget that Paul George was probably responsible for imploding the Pacers when they were actually good - because he allegedly had an affair with the wife / girlfriend of Roy Hibbert (when he was good).

I understand that PG13 is a very good player - but he is also a questionable teammate...

Butler would have been better than PG13.

But I think he would’ve cost CJ. I would’ve done it, but I would’ve rather had George.

I think that's certainly debatable. I would have been fucking thrilled to get either, but I think the asking price for Butler would have been higher. Paul George was going to leave IND for nothing if they didn't trade him, and carried that same risk forward to his new team. Butler is locked up for an extra year and hadn't expressed any pipe dream about playing for his home town team. So, lower risk == higher cost.

Plus, I just love the way George would fit with our current roster and Stotts' system. He's a better 3-point shooter and physically larger. Butler can bully SGs and handle most SFs with ease. However, PG13 is better on the two best SFs in the league (LeBron and Durant), and let's face it, if we ever hoped to get a championship in this alternate universe where we landed PG13, that championship route would likely go through GSW and CLE. George can also play the stretch 4 role in small ball lineups.

Butler is a 2/3, where George is more of a 3/4 and the 3 and 4 spots have been our weakest two positions over the last three seasons.

And he's leading (at least was) the league in steals this season too.

Are you kidding me? We're already right there with Minnesota! We're 2GB. I think we'd be a 3-seed right now.

I didn’t realize we were only two games back lol. We very well might have been the 3 seed. That one stings.

I'd much rather target Whiteside rather than DeAndre.

Vonleh's value is at its lowest.
