I'd rather slit my wrists than vote for that guy.

Stop trying to shame voters into not voting your for your oligarch-backed puppet. Maybe take a look in the mirror and do some reflecting if you're the Democratic party. Life will go on.

You're a bad person for stating the obvious and not eating shit for the Democratic party.

I didn't say pay no mind to genocide. I didn't argue that my candidate should be elected (it's a bit late for that now).
I said that the country voted for a worse genocide enabler.

Take all the victory laps you want, if you think you've somehow won something by defeating grandpa Joe's VP.

I already said I take no pleasure in being right. I think it's totally possible he's a worse genocide enabler, but something had to change and people couldn't vote for the status quo.

That's not fair from two perspectives. And I think it's also wrong on another.

Both sides in the Middle East want to wipe the other off the map. I might agree with you that Netanyahu is a lot more effective at it, and I still have a hard time believing when you have an enemy at your doorstep they can make the kind of attack they made in October 2023 when you have the kind of military and intelligence Israel has, but, still, you can't ignore the fact that Iran, Hamas and Hezbollah aren't just fighting for Palestinian freedom.

You also have that Trump is demonstrably worse on that issue than Harris. I don't know who would think it's sensible that you're going to make a statement about someone cutting off your foot by supporting the one cutting off your leg.

Finally, I know the Palestinian extermination is your big issue, but I don't think it's nearly that big an issue with Americans to have the kind of impact to which you are attributing it. Russia is trying to wipe out Ukraine and Trump probably will cut funding for their defense and possibly pull the U.S. out of NATO which could open the door to even more genocide from someone even more effective at it, but that didn't motivate anyone to vote for Harris or not to vote for Trump. This election might have been a referendum on Gaza for you, but I don't get a sense it was a referendum for Gaza from any significant number of the U.S. electorate.

I don't know what's more amazing and pathetic here. Your lack of self-awareness or lack of empathy.

Beagle's at a demonstrably at-risk part of our population and was singled out negatively in the Trump ad's that most resonated with driving up his vote in the last month.

To trash Beagle like this looks like you have no soul or lack anything but the most basic perceptions.

I love Bernie dearly. And he's got a point.

Just like Gaza, though, Americans just backed the candidate that even was worse on Main Street, USA economic issues.

Bernie's ideas were better with Joe Lunchbucket than Kamala's but she proposed a lot better things for Joe Lunchbucket than Trump did.

It's just you can't keep telling me the Dems didn't offer this as a reason for losing the election when the Republicans offered even less on the same issue.

I guess that's a reason if you want to say Americans might have the stupidest, laziest, most ill-informed electorate in world history considering their resources, but I'm not going to buy into that until you can show me the American left and center wasn't rebuked for something more likely.

I don’t even really agree with Bernie. Just thought it was worth posting.

I thought Biden was great for labor. I’m honestly clueless about how they can consider what Biden accomplished abandoning working people.

Unless they consider inflation and high interest rates abandoning.

Biden was great for labor. I didn't take it as Bernie directing that at him but moreso the general direction of Democratic leadership. Obviously, Biden, while president, isn't running the party. Otherwise, he still would have run regardless of the issues after the debate.

Why do leftists always do this "voice quiver" thing to show how much they care? I expect it from women, but these weak leftist men make me sick. Being weak and feminine is "chic" in lefty circles...

Kamala impossibly made Trump the change and anti establishment candidate using Clinton's old and failed playbook. Pure failure on running her campaign with a bunch of out of touch consultants.

Beast once again showing what too many Americans REALLY were voting about.

Thanks, Beast. Always great to have handy examples of bigotry, hatred, insecurity and hundreds of years old thinking. You always can be counted on.

I don't buy that and I don't think you do, either, because right now you're doing a victory lap attributing everything possible wrong to Harris to her while ignoring Trump was worse on the same things.

You're still regurgitating Zionist talking points. Who wants to wipe Israel off the map? They just want the Zionist entity to stop occupying another country and group of people.

I'm confused. What are they fighting for?

I think it's likely the case but you can't keep sitting there when the status quo is already a 10 out of 10 on being bad and hundreds of thousands are dying.

Go look at how Omar and Tlaib won big in districts Biden won that Harris absolutely got her ass handed to her. Any extermination of people with images of dead children is absolutely effecting everyday Americans. Everything you're saying about the genocide is exactly what corporate Democrats would say in their examination of their failures as they continue to take AIPAC money.

Harris came from an incredibly unpopular administration and while Trump is terrible on many issues, he actually speaks a populist language. If you don't get that, I can't help you.
