The wolves are a mess..... Edwards swung a chair and hit a security guard after he missed the shot last night.

Cops called? I mean, it's dumb, but that seems like an over reaction.

I can't really see a good angle of how hard he hits the blonde woman, but I don't see any way that he actually hit the second woman..... maybe it dropped on her foot?

They cited him for assault. Not making it up.

Not trying to go all zapruder film on it, but, looked to me like he grabbed it out of anger, and likely wanted to chuck it far down the hallway, really throw it, but then thought better of it and discarded it to the side, accidentally hitting those 2 standing there. Unfortunate. Stupid. Charges is a little ridiculous.

Yeah, it looks like it barely touched the blonde. I didn't see it touch the other.

    https://denversports.com/2104830/cops-called-after-anthony-edwards-postgame-outburst-in-denver/

"Denver Police confirmed their involvement on Wednesday and said that Edwards was cited for two cases of third-degree assault following the game.

After Edwards missed the final shot that would’ve tied Game 5 and sent it to overtime, he sprinted straight off the court and into his team’s tunnel. The NBA TV broadcast appeared to catch the tail-end of the alleged incident.

A law enforcement source said Edwards picked up a chair and swung it, striking a security guard in the back. Then the thrown chair also hit a second worker. A source confirmed the incident and said both employees were injured and asked to file charges.

Denver Police Department’s Jay Casillas told Denver Sports on Wednesday that Edwards swung a folding chair and struck two women who were working at the time. Police say both women were injured, neither seriously.

Denver Police reportedly held the T-Wolves bus up following the game to cite Edwards, according to a source on the scene."

Maybe I'm defining "thrown" differently but it didn't look like he threw anything. It looked like he dropped it.

I see the same. It looked like he thought of throwing it, but changed his mind last moment. It looks like he just clipped the blonde lady...not a great camera angle though.

It looks like maybe he tags her in the lower back with the tips of the legs of the chair, but there isn't a clean angle. She wasn't looking and grabs her back. I think she definitely got hit.

    The second woman....... no.

She got clipped as he turned around, but it wasn't like he was aiming for her. He should't have been grabbing a chair to swing it, in the first place. His anger got the best of him. It does look like he was about to throw it and then realized it would hit someone and he stops and drops it. Didn't see the other lady get hit.

Pretty sure the second "victim" is the lady in the blue jacket. I really don't see how she can claim to have been hit or injured.
