    Salaries in the $20-29 million range take the hit with 2 other huuuge salaries on board; those are simply can’t miss type of salaries both on performance and health. I expect paying a $15-19 million contract — like Nurk’s — for a starter is one NOT to miss on any more.

    It sucks to lose Lillard, but the timing is right to reset the structure of the team salary.
    It’s also why my favorite trade scenario is Brooklyn to send away Lillard and Nurkic for expiring, Claxton, and Clowney (and not even max picks) and follow it with Grant for CamJohnson. Or, second best, a Toronto trade receiving Barnes or OG.

    Either one is a “qualified win” for several reasons.

    At least they gonna have some fire in them. They could be fun to watch actually. Got enough of "stars" attitude. They wanted gold handed to them every time since Dream Team.

    Man I was in Tokyo covering the games and you guys looked pretty damn good!!! Totally rooting for Thybulle to kick ass next summer.

    I remember a guy named Shane Heal. Tough ass PG who would always give the Dream Team trouble.
