The Pelicans lead the Warriors at halftime by 3 points.
Does New Orleans have a chance?

i used to live in jersey the year they went to the finals with Allan Houston and Spreewell. I watched every Knick game on MSG that year with my pops while my mom was working at a university in Delaware. i was 9 and absolutely in love with that team and got me really close to my father because it was just the two of us.

i also coincidently just moved to NYC from OR a few months ago.

i might have to resume my knick fandom this year because following Portland so closely has genuinely taken a mental toll on me. sit back and let us tank while i still have a team to root for for wins.

Damn! That's awesome. Did you actually go to the garden? Be so cool for them to become contenders in Spikes "prime."

I was a huge Garnett fan and loved Spree. Wolves were always my team in NBA Live.

hah no, I meant MSG the TV channel not the actual arena. Could never afford it back then, and don't want to pay $200 for nosebleeds now.

actually, i'm kinda shocked how much cheaper BK tix are compared to the Knicks. Might hit up barclays before season's done.

I was a Houston guy through and through. Used to try to mimic his jumper haha. Spree was always too crazy.

Chris Childs, Dudley, Kurt Thomas, Howard Eisley. I remember that Knicks team well. They were grit and grind just like the team they have now. But in completely different eras of defense

Not sure what this means. As if there is anybody on this forum worth trying to impress. Now that's a good one.

so? I think there are a lot of teams that would sweep the Blazers, or at least come close. Blazers aren't good. We all know that

neither are the Clippers and they obviously have a lot more talent and a much higher payroll than Portland, but it sure hasn't done them any good. You've been extolling the virtues of the talent of the Pelicans and Clippers all season. Those two teams have combined for a 64-66 record.
