You can't even stay on your own argument topic.
I really think the poster who said you need to go to bed, because your drunk.... was no longer just trolling.
You're now trying to say Laimbeer was better than Gasol when the advanced stats say otherwise.
Your own paragraph just failed you. You obviously didn't read anything I put down.
You can't defend your own statements....

You're upset because I brought up Mutombo, even though he didn't play in the same era as Laimbeer... But Laimbeer didn't play in the same era as Gasol...
    Ironic.

No need to respond further to anything you say.
my statements are sound, yours aren't.

No one but Wilt ever put up 100 points. until someone can do that no one should ever get the MVP award.

And BTW. Mutombo played in 1991 as a rookie for the Denver Nuggets.
Bill Laimbeer was still playing in 91.

    Guy is whack.

Dude. You have lost your mind. The Pistons won their titles in 89 & 90. You said the Pistons still would've won those titles with Mutombo (instead of Laimbeer) but you are WRONG because HE WASN'T IN THE LEAGUE.

    Learn the game, THEN post.

What are you talking about? Advanced Stats such as PER say that Derrick Favors is better than Marc Gasol. The bottom line is that Laimbeer averaged 17/12 and Marc Gasol has never been close to that. Get back to me when Marc Gasol gets 31 points 23 rebounds and 4 blocks in a game. That's what Laimbeer did. Elite on both sides of the court. Learn the game, then post.

Marc Gasol isn't elite at anything. Just sort of ok at everything.

Going with that BGD style of posts.
You have failed, you can't stay on topic of your own statements are are not worth the time and effort.
Childish. You are in the minority. Everyone minus Shaq considers Marc Gasol elite and the best Center in the game.
Shaq also thought Brook Lopez was the best Center in the game.

Bottom line is --->STATS<--- back me up Firstly... You're posting out your ass. BGD style.
Secondly Win ratio backs me up as well. Cousins is on a LOOSING TEAM. He's not better than fucking Andrew Bogut. He's not better than Noah.
Laimbeer would have zero rings without the players around him. He wasn't even the leader of the piston teams when they were winning championships and loosing to MJ in the conference championship.
That's a championship too you fucking child.

    Typical Forum bullshit.
That's why the ignore button is for.

If you bothered to read anything I said this would have never happened. Keep with the ignorant posting.

Fuck you. Laimbeer was huge for those teams. You're clearly some punk in his 20s who doesn't understand the history of the game. And STATS back me up. Favors is better than Gasol. STATS back me up. Gasol only averages 8 rebounds per game despite being 7 foot tall. STATS back me up. He doesn't even average two blocks per game. STATS back me up. You are picking and choosing which stats to believe and are dismissing the raw numbers. If Gasol played in the 80s/early 90s, I would DEFINITELY pick Laimbeer on my team over Marc Gasol. Almost everyone would. STATS back me up. You bragged that Gasol scored 30 points in a game. Well, did he also grab 23 rebounds and block four shots when he scored 30? No he didn't. STATS back me up.

Mario Chalmers has averaged more points in the NBA finals than Damian Lillard has ever averaged.
Obviously Chalmers is better than Lillard.

And by the way, Marc Gasol didn't make the 2014 All Star team so even the coaches side with me. He's nothung special. He only got in this year because the fans voted for him.

What are you talking about? You've lost your mind. I never said anything about what anyone has averaged in the NBA Finals.

2014 Coaches pick for All Star reserve big men: Aldridge, Dirk. and Howard. Then, as a replacement, the league picked Anthony Davis. So the people in the know around the league, actual coaches who know more than you or I, did not pick Marc Gasol to be an All Star.

Marc Gasol didn't make 2013 All Star game either. ZACH RANDOLPH did. Gasol has only gotten in once and it was because the fans picked him.

honkicracker has lost his mind. He doesn't even make sense. The coaches don't think Gasol is a top big man but apparently he deserves to be MVP?

#8 is a little high too. I'd have DeAndre Jordan up there on the list.

I'm not quite sure equivalences is a word. And it certainly doesn't mean what you think it does.
