no no don't mistake that for me saying I want Memphis to Injure any GSW. I just want to see a super physical style where GSW all wake up not wanting to move tomorrow.

GSW are winning this game, I just want to see them take a little pounding while they do it.

Memphis really went out with a whimper at the end there.

For being a high octane offense, The Warriors sure do D it up. Kerr has done a nice job with them

Why would anyone want a team stolen out of the Pacific Northwest to win anything?

You realize you are basically asking a question of "Would you accept millions of dollars to never be able to do what you love". I guess your answer is yes. I would have to think about it.

Theres a GIGANTIC HD billboard of Curry in Times Square. He has three major commercials running. And he's MVP. He's a superstar.

All the talk about depth in the Western conference, and it could very well end up being the 1 seed vs the 2 seed in the WCF.

No. I'm saying he got paid millions of dollars to do what he loved. Something that wouldn't last forever anyway.

It isn't like would I take millions of dollars to never have sex or never drive a car. It's like should I feel sorry for someone rich who shouldn't have a care in the world.

I'd rate Brandon's suffering just below someone getting their Iphone stolen on the list of misery in a world with war and disease and homelessness.

I'd say to Brandon "that sucks" with the same emotion I would when a coworker is late and says their alarm didn't go off.

On that list, your own child dying is at about the same place if you're an American. There's too much suffering in the world for anything an American suffers to be more than the slightest blip in the eyes of a starving girl being gangraped to death by religious fanatics in Africa.

So let's try not to be moral absolutists, because that leads down some pretty callous paths.

He sure is, and a System coach too. He said the Warriors were too good to implement his system his first year, so he will fold it in over about three years.
Sigh! And I don't even feel our coach has control of the team, let alone make system progress.
There is another system coach in the making sitting on Kerr's bench. Send a message to Neil to bring him to Portland so he will be ready when he is done with Terry.

Now that Curry has shook off the MVP/Playoff jitters, GS looks unstoppable. Not that Curry is doing the whole job though, Bogut is all you could need anchoring the D, and the rest are all leaning into it. Of course it helps to have perhaps the best coach in the game today.

If you can remember less than 3 years ago, Kerr was Paul Allen's first choice as GM, but turned him down.

I don't have kids but an American child dying isn't much better than your example. I suppose we could make lists all day long but the point remains, Brandon Roy is not a sympathetic figure. I would put his career on almost the same level as someone like Charles Barkley, just shorter. I said almost.
