Tatum is such a gangster. Just hit the game winner off the glass unless the Bucks do something crazier with .4 seconds remaining. That guy really is great and he's only 22.

And don't forget his 13 year/200million contract with adidas.

Switched to a GOOD game: Sacramento vs. Denver. Tyrese Haliburton just hit two HUGE threes in crunch time. MAN I wish we'd've tried to get him.

Harden's $50k fine is significant despite its insignificance relative to his overall income, being, I believe, the most the NBA can fine a player without him being eligible for arbitration.

The fine that hurts is that he's missing game checks and they still haven't decided if he'll be able to play against us Saturday.

They already said that he missed this first game check. He is being penalized for not following the protocols.

"At this time it's still unclear when Harden will be cleared to play. The Rockets are waiting to hear from the league on how long he will have to quarantine. Harden will lose forfeit $573,000 per game for any contests he ends up missing, according to Jeff Zillgitt of USA Today..."

    Three paragraphs down.

Technically, he didn't miss the first game, as it was postponed.

That is something that was completely glossed over in the trade. Ariza was likely the better on-ball defender and Covington the superior help defender in a team defense.

The problem is, this team's defensive scheme as a team is either non-existant or completely clownish. So that lessons his impact. Add to that, we gave up two first round Draft picks. I think RoCo is better overall than Ariza, but since you took away one to add the other, the gain (other than youth) seems minimal.

After ONE GAME this asshole is gonna act like he's some kind of basketball savante. Nurk is getting his legs. Dame had a bad game. He doesn't have many of those. I agree on Roco, and Jones Jr' isn't a starting caliber player yet. But it's WAYYYY TOO EARLY to be throwing shade at a team.

With some of these players, and the coaching tendencies, the 'shade' may be carry over from last year,
    ....and the year before,
    ....and the year before....

Another thing. Lakers lost to a dysfunctional Clitters team. So i guess it's all over for them too.
