As it stands, we wouldn’t play LBJ in second round. We’d play Jazz and maybe Clippers take out Lakers for us. Matchups are everything. Rockets only win in 94 & 95 because their kryptonite (Seattle) got knocked out in first round,

Kyrie Irving is the best PG in the NBA with a bad attitude.

 

This is very possible. It has been said before.

 

Kyrie is likely the most talented. Dame is better though.

 

Is that true? I can’t find any evidence supporting this claim.

 

He’d be an awesome sidekick on a contender. His game is too limited to lead a team to a title unless he expands it. He’s Charles Barkley now but without the handle. Young enough to improve that and his shooting can improve but that will be on his second contract if his knees hold up.

 

How does that make him a clown? He's right.

 

It's not true. The overly hot teams go down and the icy cold teams may rise. But the idea that all the teams starting shooting worse as the season goes on is false.

 

The Celtics couldn't wait to get rid of Kyrie.

 

I think Kyrie is right to accept Harden as the point guard, as it looks to me as if Harden is the best PG in the NBA right now and I cry a little bit every time i see one of his assists; thinking how our GM apparently didn't think he was worth pursuing.

Philly loses two to the Blazers. Then they go to Dallas and Lose. Tomorrow they play the Jazz.
Tough week.

 

His style of play, being so ball dominant, lazy on defense, now showing up in big playoff games (most heinous example is his performance in the Game 6 loss to the Kawhi-less Spurs), and essentially lacking the leadership you want to see in a star player.

Good question. They had all of those draft picks, cap space, free agents, and a young coach that many Blazer fans would kill for.
They still have talent, but they lost a lot of good players.

 

huh? I think you meant they went to PHX and lost. They haven’t played Dallas yet, but will at the end of the month

 

They did make one significant change this season....they signed Evan Turner as an assistant coach.....just shows that Brad Stevens is slumping.....not long ago he was supposed to be the next Popovich? Losing always adds perspective

Speaking of Celtics, they’re 13-13. This may cost Tatum the All Star game. Can’t have 2 All Stars from a .500 team.
