I don’t think Knicks would trade Quickley for LeBron. They’re too attached at this point. Kinda how Lakers wouldn’t put Kuzma in AD deal which is pretty funny now. Damn, the Lakers are gonna be bad for the rest of the season. Like 2010-11 Cleveland Cavaliers bad.

Don't look at the voting look why they voted. The stats... 25.0 points, 6.7 assists, 6.6 rebounds, 1.8 steals and .9 blocks per game. Look at those numbers man. Those are some ridiculous numbers. Playing at a high level on both sides of the ball. In 91-92 the last player after MJ that apposing coaches and players wanted to play against was Clyde The Glide.

Dame hasn't took this team as far as Drexler or walton this is true but those teams back then was actually better teams plus those teams play both ends and they played together has a unit and better coach. But Dame is right there with them especially as a leader and offense player.

    Hello darkness, my old friend
MVP voting isn't voters providing the order of best players in the league. If Jokic wins this year, it doesn't mean that in a draft of the league, teams (or the voters) would select Jokic first for their teams. It's a vote of which players on the best teams had the best (or, often, most surprising best) year. Jordan didn't even win the MVP award every year in his prime--that isn't because all those years people thought someone else was the new best player in the league.

What happened to Coach of the Year Nick Nurse? Would you replace Stotts with Nurse?

Here's some on the Siakam situation:
"The Raptors mounted a fourth-quarter comeback from down 22 after Nurse went to a defence-heavy lineup featuring Pat McCaw and Stanley Johnson but Siakam wasn’t part of it.

He remained on the bench for the entire quarter, even when Toronto pulled within six with six minutes left. The Raptors scored just 12 points from there and lost by 11.

Siakam wasn’t happy and — according to multiple sources — let Nurse know about it, loudly and aggressively with words beyond standard cursing. It got personal, lines were crossed and teammates had to intervene, according to multiple sources."

But Siakam’s frustration wasn’t only due to how things went down in the fourth quarter against Cleveland.

He feels like he’s been unfairly singled out for the Raptors' poor season.

He was benched the fourth quarter of a loss to the Miami Heat on Feb. 24, although given Siakam tested positive for COVID-19 two days after that, which could explain one of his poorest performances — 1-of-6 from the floor in 24 minutes — of the season.

Siakam was also held out of the lineup for a game against the New York Knicks on Dec. 31 when he walked off the floor and to the dressing room after fouling out with seconds left at the end of an 8-of-23 shooting night in a loss to the Philadelphia 76ers.

During a sub-par season, there is plenty of blame to go around – the Raptors' less-than-perfect roster construction most of all – but no one else in the lineup has been held publicly to account to the same degree.

Siakam’s been in the crosshairs since he played so poorly after the NBA restarted the 2019-20 season in the bubble at Walt Disney Resort and being sat out and called out by Nurse as the team was struggling to a 2-8 start has had things on simmer.

After his slow start and prior to the COVID crisis, Siakam has played some excellent basketball, averaging 21 points, five assists and 7.6 rebounds, and getting the free-throw line nearly six times a game. Yeah Magic was out with HIV and it was Bird's last year when he was dealing with major back issues. Bird only played 45 games that season.
No question Drexler was considered the 2nd best player in the league. Even Jordan knew that and went at his because of it.

They probably figured playing vs. us was a winnable game. The Jazz game they’re just chalking it up as a loss.

Its the Laker formula.. Stars get plenty of injury rest before playoffs. Bron and Davis will come back feeling good like last year.

Moses Brown tonight in a 9-pt. loss to Memphis went 19/12 with 3 blocked shots and was a plus-7.
