I don't know what they're gonna do with him. May have to send him with pick/prospect to Arizona or Buffalo after the season.
Buffalo is looking for speed everywhere on their roster. DeAngelo coming back as well would probably be appealing to them.
I still think Holden sucks more and Staal isn't much better. Most upside is with Smith's head popping out of his ass and returning to the type of hockey he played last year. Staal is old, slow and offensively challenged nothing likely to change. Holden is 30 and really doesn't do anything well except play out of position, he's been credited with a lot of hits but I don't ever recall him knocking an opponent down.
