Outside from the fact I had to listen to those yahoos for what feels like forever it was a solid game, despite the lose. People I thought played well where once again Aaron Miles (might even have had a double double), Drago Pasalic, and Michael Harris. Tyrus Thomas had a lot of points, but shot horrible. Anyone notice these play-by-play guys completely trash Luke?
Thomas shot 4-17 from the field and 11-17 from FT. He had another double double though. 19 points and 12 boards. He would of had a couple of blocks, but they were goaltending, hopefully he doesn't do that with the Bulls. Drago Pasalic - 17 points, 7-9 shooting, 2-2 from 3 pt Dorell Wright - 20 points, 8 rebounds, 8 assists, 7 steals <u>Box Score:</u> http://www.nba.com/media/magic/HeatBulls071206.pdf
Another great statistical game from Aaron Miles dropping 15 and 8. Good to hear Sefolosha just sat out to give the other people more playing time, and not due to an injury. I could have sworn that Grier had more than just four points, but I guess not that dunk he had was just crazy. Solid game from Harris 12 points and nine rebounds. If I had to pick two people to fill the last two roster spots, right now it would be Miles and Drago. Basden is trash I don’t even know how he even got on the team last year only one point you need a better effort than that especially in summer league. Game 3 Highlights: http://youtube.com/watch?v=mvDzHEku_Dc&sea...summer%20league
Today the Bulls finished off their run in the Pepsi Pro League losing to the Orlando Magic in another close game. Despite finishing, the league with a record of 1-3 I came away surprisingly satisfied with what I saw. Sefolosha played so well that Skiles actually sent him home after the second game of the summer league to get some rest, and avoiding him being injured before training camp. Tyrus Thomas showed his range hitting a couple three pointers. Thomas showed his offensive game was far more developed than originally anticipated. Aaron Miles was one of our main players on the offensive end of the ball the entire league. Today he only scored six points, but dished out 11 assists. I would be very surprised if Miles was not on the roster opening day. He and Drago are two people I believe we will sign to the roster. Now the disappointments Luke was a complete joke. He is seven freaking feet tall, and did not dunk the ball once during the entire four game stretch. He boxed lay-ups, and got man handled by people several inches shorter than him. If he is on the roster opening day it will be a complete joke. Another huge disappointment was Eddie Basden he struggled to get his shot going, his defense was horrible, and he did not contribute to the team at all. To warp it up, expect to see Miles and Drago take over Luke and Basden’s spots on the roster next year. Sefolosha and Tyrus have shown me they will contribute on both sides of the ball next season. Cannot wait until the season starts hopefully, we can participate in a few more summer leagues so JR Smith can show what he’s got. If not that will be understanble I think we saw all we needed to see, and know who will be on the roster and who will not. I do not want to see anyone be injured.
From what I've seen the bulls are gonna be scary on defence. We can play the half court game and run effectivly now that we go players who can funish at the basket. Look for the We can go big. HInrich, Thabo , Deng , Brown , Wallce Or little Duhon, Gordon, noch, thomas, wallace The combinations are almost infinite. I think we may see thabo push the ball up a bit for. Thabo, Deng, Noch, Brown, Wallace LOL!

<div class="quote_poster">Quoting SP23:</div><div class="quote_post">There's still one more day left. Bulls play tomorrow against the Nets at 11 AM (ET).</div> Damn did not even realize that still my point remains. I don?t expect any of the things I said to change in one game. Basden and Luke have played worst than humanly possible. When your seven feet tall, and you aren?t dunking there is something wrong with you.
Basden played pretty well last game, but that's about the only one. And I agree about Luke, he played awful. If you got the ball to him in the post he turned it over or got blocked. And is that the real reason Sefolosha isn't playing anymore?
<div class="quote_poster">Quoting SP23:</div><div class="quote_post"> And is that the real reason Sefolosha isn't playing anymore?</div> Yeah, at first they thought he might have an injury, but they reported that the reason he wasn?t playing was that the Bulls felt they have seen enough and know what he can do. He is also 22 so he is experienced enough to the point where he does not need summer league to improve his game.
<div class="quote_poster">Quoting I-Miss-MJ:</div><div class="quote_post">I thought Tyrus had no offensive game whatsoever.</div> I was under that impression until about two days before the draft (which is why my opinion of him changed so much). Although, I had watched him play this past season ay LSU I didn?t see much of his outside game, because Big Baby was really the featured offensive player so he was really limited in what he could do. However, in summer league he has shown the ability to hit the mid range jumper with consistency, and the three point shot (when open).
He can't knock them down all the time though. Not very consistent from 3 point. He can shot mid-range. Hopefully he'll work on his 3 point shot to be consistent. Drago could shoot 3's consistently.
Luke has started of well today, has 4 points I believe, and is fighting and hustling for offensive rebounds... The announcers are ripping on him again. Just had a hook in the post. Edit: Thomas has also started of well, hit a couple of jumpers and had a few easy layups/dunks. He's got 10 points so far in the first. 4-4 from the field and 1-1 from the line.
Tyrus Thomas is already on fire early he has his jumper falling and has over 15 points in the first quarter. Aaron Miles looks a little tired he has struggled. Banks is making a final push for a roster spot he has 13 in the first quarter.
BKS so the injuries thing isn't true for Sefolosha right? Because the annoucers said he might have a mild injury on his back or something, but who believes anything that they say lol.
