You know, they both did great and I don't really think it matters who won. It was the first time a dunk off happened and it was fun to watch. Nate Robinson's only 5'7 or 5'9 and was still able to complete the dunks after those tries. Its still amazing seeing someone his height pulling off those dunks. No reason to be hating
<div class="quote_poster">Quoting K8B:</div><div class="quote_post">Rudy T robbed Andre. The stupid midget won, after about 400 tries. Atleats Andre can complete all of his dunks within 3 tries. Andre = the people's slam dunk champ.</div> Exactly, how many times did Nate throw that ball of the backboard at the end?
Steaming pile of BS!! Iggy was robbed. There will forever be an asterisk next to Nate's name that reads "Andre Iguodala really won this dunk contest".
Josh Smith ruin the conest, he cockteased the whole crowd Nate Robinson and Dala were great, and I was impressed by Warrick. Stop hating, its about time a Knick won something...
it seriously pisses me off that they wanted nate to win so badly. the damn thing shouldnt have even gone to the tiebreaker. freakin insane how they let things like this happen
You guys act like Iguadala won that hands down. He messed himself up when he tried all those times to make his second in the first dunk off. At 6'8" you don't have an excuse to try that many times. Nate is 5'7" so when he tries 10 times he is still in it because the dunk still looks impressive.
It doesn't matter... if you put up a score, then it should stay that way. You can't just change it after a few seconds. And when you factor in that Nate tried his dunks atleast 25 times (combined), you can't say that 'Dre didn't deserve that trophy. Both of them put on a show... a great one, in fact, but 'Dre got robbed. Barkley has been saying all night that Spud robbed Nique in '86, and now he feels Nate robbed 'Dre. Nate knows it, all the players courtside knew it too, and were saying that was BS right after it happened.

You wouldn't want him to be able to change it? Of course we all know Iggy's dunks were better... but we also all know that when a small guy does a dunk the magnificence of it is magnified because of his height. Iffy knew it too... he should have played it safe and made the second of his two in the finals in one or two tries. Barkley said it... all he had to do was a simpler dunk and he would have had it.
or Maybe Nate got lucky. It's common sense Andre won that, the crowd who was cheering Nate like crazy, boo'd the decision. That in itself says a lot.
<div class="quote_poster">Quoting MrJ:</div><div class="quote_post">Maybe Rudy T. held up the wrong card accidentally?</div> No way!!! Rudy T. does not start anything without finishing it... ask the Lakers.

He changed it from a 10 to an 8...
Dude they changed there scores twice for Nate to win. It shouldn't've even gone to the tiebreaker. But I don't really care. On a whole, this was one of the better dunk contests. And the replay of that Nate over Spudd dunk was awesome.
The contest was over after Iggy did the dunk from behind the backboard. After he ran through the tunnel he should have never came back.
