<div class="quote_poster">Quoting azblue#10:</div><div class="quote_post">It makes me very nervous. When UA is on, they're on. But they've been playing so inconsistantly(sp) all season, it's really hard to tell.

Didn't get the chance to watch them to day, but listened to it on the radio. They sounded pretty damn good. I'm hoping someone taped it...</div>

I was pissed because it was suppose to be my local game but they changed it 5 minutes into the 1st half and never changed it back, now I can't even watch it on MMOD [IMG]

Great game right now between NC State and Cal. It's a back and forth battle with the Bears leading 27-25. Both these teams are playing great team hoops and some tough defense.

Powe has 8 points so far.

This officiating is b.s., NC State has gotten every call in the second half, and they changed a foul from Simmons during halftime to Etimov. What's the deal with that?

Powe is getting butchered and no damn calls.

He's only gone to the line once, despite taking 12 shots.

I don't think it was all the officials' faults, they weren't very good at all but Cal really let up on defense in the last 10 minutes and they had no offense unless Powe scored or kicked it out.

Very, very surprising. George Mason did this without arguably their best player Tony Skinn. Shannon Brown picked the wrong night to have one of the worst games of the season. [IMG]

Of course it wasn't all the officials, but they called a lopsided game in the 2nd half. It was a great 1st half and the calls were consistent, which made it even more frustrating to watch.

Cal shot less FTs, despite taking most of their shots inside the paint. The refs took Hardin out of the game with some garbage foul calls, but allowed Simmons to remain in the game despite him hacking the crap out every Cal post player.

My bracket is officially done now. I have 1 Final 4 team and 2 more Elite 8 teams out. They were all my reaches, but I needed the reaches to have a chance at winning. I had Iowa in the Final 4 and Michigan State and Cal in the Elite 8.

Kentucky got revenge tonight by beating UAB 69-64! [IMG] Bobby Perry was the man putting up a career high 25 points(the only one that scored in double figures) and had 7 rebounds. Rondo looked great in the fast faced offense despite the poor statline; he had 9 points and 10 rebounds.

We wouldn't have won if it weren't for all the free throws we hit, because we shot freaking 32% from the field and 20% from three-pointer...but hey, we got the W. [IMG]

    Bring on the Huskies!!!

I'm sorry, I must say something here about a Big 10 team: Michigan State, with the talent they had, the coach they have, and coming off a Final Four last year, was the biggest disappointment in all of college basketball this year. Stanford and a couple others were horrible too, but wow.

It's truly March, I wonder how messed up everyone's brackets would have been if UConn lost to Albany. I think this has been the greatest Tourney so far, cept for me not being able to watch my Zona Wildcats actually kick some butt [IMG] Zona has been hard to watch but when they actually play good I can't watch it.......
