No kidding, Dame is putting a ton of pressure on Neil and it's warranted.

    Be better, Neil.

Here are some quick thoughts with our current squad.

Aside, from the obvious starters (Dame / CJ / Nurk) I expect Stotts to try various lineups:
    1. I'd like to see Hark focus on playing SF where he plays best
    2. I'd like to see Collins play more at PF/C (hopefully at some point become entrenched as the starting PF)
    3. I'd like to see Trent become a key reserve off the bench at SG/SF.
    4. I expect to see a back-up center by committee at times throughout the season with Collins, Swani, Aminu, and (unfortunately) Meyers
    5. I expect to see Seth Curry become our leading bench scorer
    6. I expect Simons may not get much playing time as a project player needing improvement

If I am Pop, I would want to wait until I watch all of our young players in summer league. Those are the guys that will make or break any deal. If Simons with his youth, shooting , athleticism and 6'9.25" wing span looks like the type of player Pop can groom from day one......maybe that gets us in the conversation. Same with Trent and Swanigan. Those player, plus next years #1 and matching salaries are what it will take. (Probably Collins too)

LOL, I don't think we have enough picks to make this happen.

Yeah, it's all Olshey's fault if the other teams won't do that!

If there was a way to get Butler and Kawhi... forget Love.... that team's defense would be insane. You could start Aminu or Collins and have a smothering defense.

Shit, I’d settle for Butler. Maybe we could get a fourway goin?

    Portland: Jimmy Butler

    LAL: Kawhi Leonard

Minnesota: Lonzo Ball, Moe Harkless, Anfernee Simons

San Antonio: Brandon Ingram, Josh Hart, 2021 & 2023 Laker first round draft picks

No GM wants to come across as desperate, nor do their owners want them too.
We have enough time to see where other teams are at, and what they may be interested in addressing.
Im not worried I see our team taking another step in the right direction.

    1. he's not THAT terrible
    2. he CAN hit threes
    3. he's a very good passer - good enough to play a point-PF role

I'd prefer Harkless and ET. Or ET and Meyers.
