dont mind him...he stops in every once in a while to tell us why our team is going to lose lol

we just took the season series vs utah...a western team with two skilled big men. we've also beat minisota, san antonio...man, sometimes we look like such a solid team. other times we look like garbage. kinda frustrating

Great game, a lot of three's, Rafer did well in the assists column, and Okur and Boozer almost did what I expected.
Boozer had 29 points and 10 rebounds - Carlos Boozer - 24 points, 11 rebounds
Okur had 11 points and 15 rebounds - Mehmet Okur - 22 points, 9 rebounds

    Fairly close....

The rest of the team did okay, Harpring and Arroyo better than the others. Bosh did okay, a few bad turnovers, getting the ball ripped out of his hands by Boozer, but he scored and had the blocks.

Rafer Alston - 12 points, 6 assists, 3 rebounds - Very far off, had 9 points and 14 assists
Donyell Marshall - 18 points, 9 rebounds, 1 block - Very Close, had 22 points and 8 rebounds
    Chris Bosh - 16 points, 5 rebounds, 2 blocks - Close again, had 18 points, 8 rebounds, 2 blocks
MoPete - 15 points - Not even close, 7 points

Aaron Williams is getting the same minutes he was getting in NJ with us, actually a little less even lol.

Rose did good off the bench, but he didn't look happy at all this game, at half time he just walked of so quickly, and he was never really cheering and getting really into the game. Jalen doesn't take thing like this lightly, he got benched in Chicago for like 2 games because they wanted the young guys to get PT, and he definately didn't take it well.

He better be getting traded or some problems will arise if he remains on the bench.

Leave mrj18 alone, he didn't say anything bad about our team, their's nothing wrong with thinking Utah will beat us in a close game.

This was a good game by all, im happy for eric williams being in the lineup and doing well! 11-7-5 very impressive [IMG] skip coming up with 14 ASSISTS, yes thats right 14 we played very good, all around and jalen was fired up this game 2. that was kinda good. but i hope jalen will start, and mitchell can control his shot selection as was today. this is how we are to play every game!</div>

Who cares, Knicks lost to Mavs like what last night... 123 to 94? I remember watching on The Score and the half time score was like 76 to 48. And the same Mavs team lost to the Hawks.. Yes I repeat the HAWKS tonight 113 to 100. Bulls also beat the Pistons 89 to 82! [IMG]

Got the win. We really needed that.
I liked Sam's decision not to double up on Boozer.

Great win, and I wouldn't like to be in the Jazz's lockerroom after the game.
Jerry Sloan might kill someone tonight.

mo's a better defender...and i really think we need that for early games. So Mo should def. start over Rose. Also if Rose starts he'll get into shooting to much. With him on the bench it allows Bosh to get going quicker. And Bosh needs to get going early in every game.

Sorry to go off-topic but I need to respond to the "Bobcats beat Rockets" comments...
This year has been really surpring in terms of the level of play of all teams. Almost every team is balanced now in terms of winning (except maybe the Bobcats) and any team is capable of winning a game over another. Last year, there were many dominant teams and this year we have only seen two of those (Sonics and Suns) but every other team is pretty much up for grabs. Who would have thought the defending champs would be only at a .500 record??? Who thought Houston, the apperent "contending team" would be BELOW .500? A very excitign season actually, I'm loving it.

I'm really surprised at the TWolves losing to the Bulls, they have appeared lackluster this year. They have a solid record but it could be much better.

    ^ thanks

And i stick by it. Rose SHOULD NOT start ever again. We've gotta make Bosh more confident. We have to get him going early and get his competitive, take over the game, instincts activated. He's the future.

spawn, you forgot about Atlanta and New Orleans while everyone is injured. Any team can beat any team at any time, it's always been like that, the Denver Nuggets of 2 years ago somehow managed to win 20 games, so they had to beat someone.

Atlanta last year beat almost all the top Western teams, so it happens, no big deal, just that 90/100 times Minnesotta will beat the Bobcats, or the Spurs will beat the Hawks etc...

it was a great sight to see jalen relegated to the bench, put him on the IL for an ego fracture. i agree with jalen on the bench, there could be an uprising, watch out for that.

Even if Jalen starts, it doesn't mean he'll play at crunch time. The guy is a terrible defender! Terrible! You need defense to win. We don't have enough offensive power to just go out and outscore people.

Sportsnet said that they can't left handers out numbering righties in the starting lineup. [IMG]

I don't know why you would be dissapointed if he starts, as inconsistant as Rose is, he's much more suited for the starting lineup. If they start Rose and Eric Williams, they could have two inside players, although they aren't powerful players inside, it's better than having Mo trying to be the superstar by throwing up wacky layups in the lane. Mo is much more suited to be the 6th/7th man than Rose.

I dont think Mo is suited to being a sixth man at all. I think Mo needs to be on the floor taking shots to find his rhythm, when he spends long amounts of time on the bench he can really get cold and his game is completely off. When Mo Pete gets hot though, he can keep draining jumpers all on ur grill like they aint no big deal. I want Rose out of Toronto personally, when Vince got traded it all but solidified a time for change in Toronto, and Jalen Rose is not part of that change. Get him out one way or another.. I dont even think he wants to be here anymore.
