<div class="quote_poster">Quoting dj_premium_plus:</div><div class="quote_post">err...did i miss something here? whats with the sarcasm? i thought it was a perfect gift. whats the problem?</div> There was no sarcasm. I thought it was a great gift too, I was just surprised that you recieved a gift this good from your girls' mom. As for the game, you could see the Suns were toying with us in the first half, and the reason we kept it close in the first 24 minutes is because Amare was in foul trouble and didn't play alot. Anyone else surprised Donyell didn't get any PT in the second half?
Marshall can't guard anyone on the Suns....Not that it matters, because they were gonna drop 120+ on us anyways. They could of scored 140 if they actually tried in the the 4th.
<div class="quote_poster">Quoting Silky Smooth:</div><div class="quote_post">Even though the Raptors lost, it's a sign for things to come for the PHX Suns. Once the playoffs come they can't play like they do now. When they have to play great defensive teams I think they'll falter. If they were playing a team like the Spurs in a 7 game series, they wouldn't be the same team scoring wise, and on top of that they couldn't stop the Spurs defensively.</div> I don't know if you realise this, but the spurs and suns played recently and the spurs won in overtime. If they play each other in playoffs, it will be a great series. When the spurs won, Nash was just returning from his bruised thigh or whatever. So he was probably a little sore still. I think the Suns can compete with anyone. No one can match their talented starters. If they improve their defense in tight situations, they can win the title. Look at the defensive minded spurs, they average giving up 90 ppg. If you think the spurs stopped the suns, well the suns had 123 points I think.
