No. You can't change anything now that the tournament's started.

Looks like the favorites will be 7-0 after the first 2 sets of games.

Butler winning just rocked a lot of brackets. I can't believe there haven't been any upsets yet.

Well, there haven't been that many games that were potential upsets, just Butler/ODU and UL/Stanford really... and most people picked the favorites in those two games. The real interesting first round games today are GW/Vandy (in progress), Gonzaga/Indy, Marquette/MSU, Wright St./Pitt, Duke/VCU, and Xavier/BYU, all of which are later games. When it's all said and done, today could actually bring us six upsets.

I hope GW win because I'll remain perfect.

I picked George Washington over Vanderbilt just because I figured there'd be a lot more upsets than there have been so far and my bracket didn't have many, but in hindsight, that was a huge mistake. George Washington is just not that good of a team. I was under the impression that they had gotten really hot towards the end of the season, given the way they won the A-10 Tournament, but looking back at their schedule/results, they didn't really knock off any of the big guns in the process. They won the tournament by beating Saint Louis and Rhode Island; other teams just did all the dirty work of knocking out Xavier and UMass for them.

Either way, I'm not in too bad of shape at the moment, because even though Stanford got blown out and George Washington's getting similar treatment, I didn't have either one going any further than the second round.

I picked GW to be eliminated in the second round too so if they lose I should be fine.

Laugh now, but when the upsets start to roll in later tonight and tomorrow, the playing field will be leveled... [IMG]

Besides, first round games are only worth a point. I'm just glad all of my Sweet 16 and further teams are still in it.

I totally screwed myself by somehow forgetting to pick a winner in my sweet sixteen game involving Kansas. I meant to have them move on and get beaten by UCLA, but somehow the slot is empty on my bracket.

Ouch... just root really hard for Niagra to do the impossible. [IMG]

(Actually, 1 out of 16 isn't that bad. You've still got a chance at the crown.)

Only one upset today (8/9's don't count)? And it was Duke/VCU, a game that was really 50/50 among fans...

Has it ever been this uneventful on opening day?

Dang I am doing pretty good. I had 10 points and I only got 3 games wrong. Marquette, Duke, and BYU lost! Darn it.

Nintendo DS, here comes your owner.

Guys dont hate, just because I picked all the favorites. [IMG]
