But I'm talking about Jarace Walker. I think he could be a really good fit. A rich man's Draymond is the hope. Have you heard of him? He should be a target for us. :)

I think Grant should be playing SF. And heck, maybe Ayton should be our PF. We just need to add a legit PF or center and keep Grant.

If we had just drafted Grant, everybody would be saying how he's our star SF of the future, but because he's 29 they want to deal him. He probably has a lot of good prime years left.

I unironically think there may be a chance Ayton becomes impactful if they tried making him a stretch big. If all he wants to do is shoot jumpshots, may as well have him shoot it behind the line. Would open up the floor for everyone else.

Grant will never be a stellar rebounder but his rebounds have actually increased since Josh Hart left....Dame's increased as well. Josh Hart sure wasn't going to stretch the floor though ...Grant is more of a two way player than Hart and I love Hart's defense but he's more Wes Mathews than Buck Williams

Why not try it? Ayton might be a really good PF. It would solve our size/rebounding problems instantly.

The Timberwolves twin towers thing seems to be working for them this year.

But Reath can already do that for a tiny fraction of the cost.

Jesus, how shitty did they used to be? They're about right for a guard but he's supposed to be our POWER FORWARD.

To be fair, how good can his rebounding be when we have him posted up on the three point line OR out on the perimeter guarding one of the better ball handlers?

Granted Rodman's defense tanked when he became all about the rebounding, but the flipside is that you can't really put Grant on a big because he'll get bullied. And somehow KAT manages to shoot a ton of threes and still get rebounds, and KG managed to guard everybody and still get rebounds...

    Rebounding is about effort.
Hart was out on the perimeter just as much (if not more), and was significantly better rebounder.

he's at 37% after 32 games and there's only 50 games left of the season. Assuming his makes/attempts remain about the same, he'd have to shoot 42% the rest of the season. Possible but it seems pretty unlikely

plan for ~35 games, not all 50. Jerami is not an All-Star, so Cronin can bench him and avoid getting fined for tanking.

I think Scoots improvement helps him get there with increased easy three kick outs.

So if you win, I will give you my 300 level, half court tix with parking pass, to make a choice of a handful of games of my choosing, for next year.
If I win, you need to change your name to “Tince the Taint Tickler” until the next seasons opening tip. :)

To be clear, if he shoots .399999999% or less on threes. I lose. If he shoots .4000000% or more on threes, I win.
    Do we have a deal?
He shot pretty well last night. . I understand if you want to back out. :)

Jerami's rebounding problem, the biggest weakness in his game, pretty much disappears as soon as they play him at SF.

He is kind of our starting SF now if we consider Camara a PF. But once Ayton gets back I would like to see a starting lineup
with Sharpe, Grant, Walker, and Ayton.

As for the PG who starts with that unit.....that is debatable. Personally, I think the best starting lineup includes Brogdon. Even if they intend to trade him it would increase his trade value. I know he was the 6th man of the year but I think with this team he needs to start......if we care about being competitive. Scoot, Ant, Camara, and Reath is a decent bench (Along with one starter)

In any event, I think one of our biggest issues right now is the lack of continuity. We are a completely new team from last year and all the injuries they have had, just compound the problem. I don't expect them to make the play in, but a different lineup each night is not helping.
