The trade would most likely be:KobeSmushBynumfor1st pick(Oden)Zach RandolphSergio Rodriguez or Jarrett Jack..or second round pickits lopsided sizewise(cool word) but it would probably pan out that way...
Kobe is more off than you think:http://www.realgm.com/src_wiretap_archives...s_he_wants_out/<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>After saying that he wanted to be traded on ESPN Radio early yesterday, and then seemingly retracting that demand later in the day, Kobe Bryant spoke to The Los Angeles Times late in the afternoon yesterday and said he still wanted off the Lakers. At 5:27 PM, Bryant affirmed his first position as stated on the air yesterday morning."Nothing's changed," Bryant said. "It's just a matter of I don't want to go no place else. I don't have much of a choice. When things like this go down, you just sit back. What can I do? It's like a broken record."When asked if he still wanted to be traded, Bryant reportedly expressed no hesitation or doubt in quickly answering "Yes."</div>Are you kidding me? Kobe changed his mind, publicly, 3 times yesterday.
Kobe strikes again. He now told to LA time last night that he still does want to be traded:http://www.realgm.com/src_wiretap_archives...s_he_wants_out/<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>After saying that he wanted to be traded on ESPN Radio early yesterday, and then seemingly retracting that demand later in the day, Kobe Bryant spoke to The Los Angeles Times late in the afternoon yesterday and said he still wanted off the Lakers. At 5:27 PM, Bryant affirmed his first position as stated on the air yesterday morning."Nothing's changed," Bryant said. What the hell is wrong with him? I don't get it. :no1: Why aren't Lakers fans up in arms right now with all this nonsense?

Now it's different. But at the same time, it is valid to bring it up for Kobe, because that's another example of how poorly management handled a situation, then someone tried to put it on Kobe. That gave Kobe a worse rap than ever, because 8/10 fans thought Kobe pushed Shaq out of town. If what Kobe is saying is true, then he has every right to be frustrated about it... and Shaq said that he did believe Kobe 100%.
Why do we bash guys for wanting to win? It's not like Kobe is being greedy, trying to get more money lime most pro athletes these days. He's trying to win. It's not like Kobe is in trouble with the NBA because of drugs or anyother thing of that sort. He's trying to win. I just don't get why you bash a guy for wanting to win.Yeah, the demanding a trade, then taking it back three hours later is a little confusing, but this OBVIOUSLY woke up the Lakers front office. Well it should've. I think one thing is certain this off-season, the Lakers will land one, maybe two big name players via trade. If this Kobe issue didn't go down in the past couple of days, who knows what would've happened. As for throwing the organization under the bus, ehh, he was thrown under the bus back with the whole Shaq trade. They made the media believe that Kobe forced Shaq out of LA, now that Kobe isn't being quiet anymore, I think he almost has the right to what he did.

I can't think of anything more wierd that an athletes done in my lifetime than what Kobe Bryant did yesterday, it was wierd and kind of sad.
OK, say he didn't go public, and went straight to the frotn office with this. It's bound to get out into the media anyways.

What happened yesterday like I said has really confused a lot of people, and now you have people who think Kobe Bryant has a real problem behind the scenes. What happened yesterday was completely mishandled and bizarre.
I guess, this is starting to really grind my gears... I just want the(pistons as champs) finals to come and end so I we see what happens.

It's ridiculous to hear the same fans want Kobe, KG, AI, Kidd, so on to win a title or go to a team that will win. The last statement wasn't particularly at you Young but it comes up in every topic regarding a star player not in a winning situation.

Yeah he started the brawl with the Pistons, but I also saw Jermaine O'neal slide across the court to deliver one of the fiercest punches to a fan I've ever seen. Ron Artest going into last season wanted to forget the past but the Pacers wouldnt which led to him demanding a trade. If I were him I would have demanded a trade also.
