   Expansion draft...each team has to submit like 3 players right? that's how the Houston Texans draft worked...3 or 4 i think...

   Each current NBA team can protect up to 8 players.
   
   Charlotte franchise will have a salary cap two-thirds as large as that of established teams. Estimated to be $30Million in the 1st year.
