Yeah, well you shouldn't punish Dwight. The man needs to start every game possible.

It was in the HUGE slump we were having and Brian Hill threatened to change the lineup around because nothing was working and Dwight was late to a practice or team meeting(he was like 15-20 minutes late), so he got the axe for that one game.

 

Well, that's true but nonetheless it's Dwight. LOL I need to stop saying that.

Basically any other time, Dwight would have been fine, but he threatened to make changes because it just wasn't working.

It's not a big deal. You know he'll offset it with like a 25 rebound game or something against Detroit.

 

I can't believe Jeff Foster dominated Dwight on the boards.

 

Dwight's stats are now at 17.3 PPG, 13.2 RPG, and 2.0 BPG. Not bad and I'm glad his blocks are going up. The Pacers game didn't drop his rebounding stats that much which is good. Hopefully he can do well against the Pistons tomorrow on his birthday! The big man can now legally drink!

 

I'm bumping this again. Dwight's rebound numbers jumped .3 points after his 25 rebound game last night. He is currently leading the league in rebounds per game with 12.8. Here is how the Top 5 stands as of today:

1. Dwight Howard ORL 12.8 RPG
2. Kevin Garnett MIN 12.6 RPG
3. Marcus Camby DEN 11.6 RPG
4. Carlos Boozer UTA 11.6 RPG
5. Tyson Chandler NOK 11.3 RPG

 

That race is pretty tight. Im rooting for D12!!

 

KG and Dwight are really close right now, both are averaging 12.6 RPG.

 

Let's hope Dwight can have a big game against Tyson Chandler and the Hornets tomorrow night to gain an edge over Garnett. Tonight the Wolves play the Pistons so hopefully KG gets shut down.

 

KG got 14 rebounds against Detroit.

 

Even though Garnett and Howard are tied at 12.6, NBA.com shows Garnett as the leader and has his picture up.

Dwight needs to have a big game tomorrow night.

Whether Dwight wins it this year or not, I bet he holds this title many times in his career. Dude is a beast.
