Andy Katz was on The Pulse on ESPNEWS and said the Rockets doing some extra work on Rudy Gay because there is real possibility he will fall to the Rockets at 8. Katz said barring any trade, Andrea Bargnani will likely go No.1, LaMarcus Aldridge at No.2, Brandon Roy at No.3, Adam Morrison at No.4. He said no way Morrison goes past the Blazers. He also said Marcus Williams of UCONN is almost a lock to go to the Celtics at No.7 if he is there. Katz said the Bobcats are leaning towards Brandon Roy because the have a huge need at the two guard and need instant help and Roy is considered the most NBA ready. He said Michael Jordan will have major input on who they draft. Katz also thinks Bulls will not take Tyrus Thomas because he didn't finish his workout there and Skilles loves tough players. Andy Katz is pretty reliable for college basketball so take it for worth. It looks like this is the Rockets draft board at this point Brandon Roy Rudy Gay Tyrus Thomas Brewer Carney Redick I hope it is Rudy Gay and Toronto has no more workouts and they are still getting Andrea Bargani. I really think Brandon Roy will be gone by #5/. I don't want him on the team though. His knees are a concern to me. Book it! mark what i said. If charlotte doesn't take him then Portland will for sure and Chicago can always take him. Chicago has been interested. I don't want to part with Luther Head anyways just for 3 spots. I say stay at #8 and see who falls because someone will.
Seems like everyone on clutchfans is falling in love with Roy's bad knees. I would take Rudy gay or Bargani over Roy any day. Roy is only 6'6. The only other SG that is 6'6 that is amazing is kobe. Roy could be a star in this league but we can get a better player at the #5 pick if we do atlanta trade.

I'm not sure. Battier is a hustla, rebounds, plays hard every night, good defense, Jeff Van Gundy type. Stephen A. Smith said Rudy Gay would be good in Houston, he gives offense, athletic ability.
Why is it that whenever Rockets are about to get someone good, they **** up? They were going to get a good player! I hate the rockets now! Why mess up when you can get a great player? Every time they about to get a great player, they dont get him.. Why? We finally had a chance to get Gay (the most talented player in the draft), and we trade him?
