mutombo and yao are injured... Yao : toe nail injury Source Mutombo: dislocated finger.. (happened during the game) this is really bad for they are our only centers....
yao's toe nail keeps coming off...... actually thats happened to me too.... so many friggin injuries.......
OMF, ok this is how many players we have that <u>CAN </u>play. 1-Ryan Bowen 2-Stephen Graham 3-Luther Head 4-Juwan Howard 5-Tracy McGrady 6-Lonny Baxter 7-Moochie Norris 8-Stromile Swift 9-David Wesley Our Current line up: PG) Wesley, Head, Moochie SG) McGrady, Head SF) Bowen, Graham PF) Howard, Baxter CR) Swift That is the ugliest line up I have ever seen. The bench just consists of Head, Graham (never use), Moochie (should never be forced to use), and Baxter (rarely use). Head, Graham, Moochie, & Baxter!!! This is how many players we have that <u>CAN'T</u>play. 1-Rafer Alston 2-Derek Anderson 3-Jon Barry 4-Dikembe Mutombo 5-Bob Sura 6-Yao Ming Our injured line up looks almost as good! PG) Rafer, Sura SG) Sura, Anderson, Barry SF) Anderson, Barry PF) Deke CR) Yao Well its not much worse. If one of our PF's were injured it would look better. The Rockets are in serious trouble. I don't want these injuries to spread out all the way to the playoffs! Our great line up with a full roster looks like it will never be used!
Offense in the hands and on the shoulders of TMac. As if the responsibility wasn't enough for him with Yao playing, now the team is going to have to rely heavier on TMac. double and triple teams are going to haunt him even more now. 76 points agains a less than stellar team isn't good. INJURIES damn. This team just cant seem to get fully healthy and without that chemistry they need to develop, its going to be a serious problem. All the promise and expectations of this team have come to a stand still.

People didn't laugh at SAN AN when they lost to Atlanta, because they are SAN AN. We are still fighting for our name and I bet Mike James will have something to prove to us. I REALLY HOPE we don't lose to Toronto.
It's evident that we can't win with McGrady alone. Last night, the team won because of him, but it was easy to see that the team was lost on offense without McGrady on the floor as the go-to guy. Luckily we get a break schedule-wise so Yao might only miss two more games.
This would be the perfect opportunity for Baxter...JVG's team cant keep teams off the offensive glass, and Baxter is someone who can score inside and rebound the ball...but more importantly, Swift has to step up his game and earn that contract...it's amazing how lifeless he looks out there at times...
if u think about last night game.. baxter was still confuse cause he didn't play enough games... he only play like what 5 minutes? he hwas to get use to playing before he can be effective....

Anderson would be a huge help if he came and expect to see Luther Head get minutes like he did when Tmac was injured. As for our center situation. Swift will swap minutes with juwan howard if he gets into foul trouble which he might be prone to do.

i remember hearing that alston would be back after the road trip and since its over shouldnt he be coming back?? also I heard DA went back to houston during the road trip and would be playing after the got back from the road trip?? anyone else hear about this??
Injuries are killing this team aahhh it's so frustrating i swear if we lose another player to injuries we're well and truely screwed.
Moochie got hurt and we're not sure about him right now. And Stromile Swift just got kicked in the nuts, haha. I'm sure it'll hurt but it shouldn't keep him out long.
